Pricing FAQs

How do CRM credits work?

CRM credits are a form of currency used within the platform to perform various actions, such as filling out forms, sending SMS messages, or using AI-powered features. Think of them as tokens that allow you to access and use the system's functionalities. Different actions consume different amounts of credits. All packages include a set amount of free CRM credits each month. These credits reset at the beginning of your billing cycle. If you need more credits beyond your free allocation, you can purchase additional paid credits.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, unused free credits do not roll over. They reset at the start of each billing cycle, so it's a good idea to use them within the month. Additionally purchased credits roll over, however.

Why do actions like sending SMS or using AI cost credits?

Basic actions like logging in, viewing your dashboard, or managing account settings are handled internally by the platform and don't rely on external services or significant resources. Since these actions don't incur additional costs, they don't consume credits. However, certain actions consume credits because they involve external resources, advanced technology, or third-party services that incur costs for the platform. For example, sending SMS messages requires collaboration with telecom providers, which charge fees for each message sent. AI features involves intensive computational power, data processing, and access to advanced algorithms, which are resource-intensive and expensive to perform.

While we'd love to offer all features for free, by using a credit system, we can keep the platform affordable for everyone while still providing the most powerful tools and features.
